Manages the entire project management services and staff provision, including planning, designing, scheduling, purchasing, field supervision and coordination of all bank construction projects on a whole regional basis.
Manage construction project activities and employees within an assigned area so that to meet the end user requirements, appropriate coordination and timely completion; Meeting with expected end users
Guidelines on the proper operation of more complex construction project-related issues, including the use of appropriate advisors to provide project services so that the receipt and contracted services can be completed from time to time.
To ensure the adequacy of resources while maintaining the cost discipline, prepare the cost of capital expenditure for the officials of the cost center and the officials of the construction projects.
Develop new or modified department policy for high management review and approval.
To ensure proper approval for buildings and spaces, project reporting and updating of CAD (computer-aided design) in the municipal meetings, invoicing processing, payment authorization, to handle administrative activities related to construction projects Take part.
Working with Space Planning and Marketing to establish and update corporate design standards.
Understand and follow the company risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls according to the risk appetite of the company. Designing, implementing, maintaining and enhancing internal controls to reduce risks on an ongoing basis. Identify the risk-related issues needed to deal with management
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M & T bank brand
Maintain the internal control standards of M & T, in which timely execution of internal and external audit points, as with any issues raised by the applicable external regulators.

Nature and Scope:
It is responsible for the regional coordination of design and construction projects for ownership or lease bank facilities.
Through the creation of management management responsibilities, the situation influences the operation goals, productivity, budget, as well as public concept and customer relations of a department. Minimum qualification requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, business management or related field and at least 7 years of construction-related and / or corporate experience and minimum of 2 years prior to the project management experience, or a degree, a joint minimum of 11 years Experience of higher education and / or work experience, minimum 7 years of proven construction-related and / or corporate facilities in which minimum 2 years Includes Urw project management experience.
Valid State Driver’s License
Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering paintings.
Common knowledge of AutoCAD, basic formatting and specification knowledge.
Proficiency of proper computer software along with personal computers
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to use skills and diplomacy with all levels of personnel
Strong organizational skills
Important travel is often necessary, in-traffic travel, occasional travel in the area of the house, including overnight travel
Availability of night and weekend to work from time to time to complete project work and restoration.
Ideal qualification choice:
Master’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction or related field.
Proven supervisory and / or managerial experience of minimum 2 years
