About Your Job:
We are looking for Customer Services Agent with a natural flair of delivering unforgettable service at our Qatar Airways Customer Contact Centers located Chongqing (China).

As a Customer Service Agent you will provide service excellence to Qatar Airways customers through telephone, email and fax and optimize passenger satisfaction. Airport Operations Officer

• As an airport operations officer , you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition:
• Ensure safe operations in the air side by conducting regular inspection and control of the air side especially the runway, runway, aprons and service roads to ensure the following:
• UFO debris is properly managed by monitoring and supporting UFO residue disposal campaigns, initiating the removal of UFO residues when necessary and promoting the Prevention of UFO residues
• There are no birds or other wildlife hazards (the presence of birds and wildlife is monitored and controlled)
• Visible and correct paint marks and markings
• Airport lighting and other facilities and equipment are serviceable
• Conduct error / underreporting by coordinating with the related management to ensure that all errors or deficiencies are actually reported and correction procedures have been initiated
• Monitoring compliance with airside safety driving rules by monitoring the movement of vehicles/equipment in the airside and issuing traffic citations / penalties for violations to ensure safe / smooth operations in the airside
• Direct traffic in the interactions of service routes with lanes and in busy and emergency areas by directing aircraft drivers in order to ensure safe maneuvering of the taxi aircraft.
• Investigate the analyzes and provide a detailed report including recommended solutions by responding to air accidents / incidents involving aircraft, vehicles, people and property in order to prevent recurrence.
• Escort any unfamiliar vehicle access to the air side in order to prevent any unsafe situation

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2. Attend training courses in the field of safety and security at airports/airlines
3. Attend airport / airline operations courses such as passenger, ramp and cargo
4. Holder of Qatari driving license / private country license
5. Experience-minimum 4 years of job-related experience required
6. At least 4 years ‘ experience in a supervisory capacity within the aviation industry either in flight operations or the airport environment, preferably dealing with airport safety operations tasks.
7. Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations, safety systems and procedures
8. Good knowledge of airport ramp operations, policies and procedures , prohibited goods materials
9. Good understanding of ICAO standards and recommended practices on airport operations and safety
10. Good understanding of the CAA regulations
11. The ability to masterfully communicate in English orally and in writing

1. A solid understanding of object-oriented technologies.
2. You must have a solid understanding and practical experience in the design and development of the Salesforce Sales Cloud.
3. Having good experience in External system integration and in-depth knowledge of integration design patterns and best practices

5. Full understanding of cloud or on-premises middleware and other enterprise integration technologies
