Key Tasks and Accountabilities for Production Workers:
- competent to operate roll-forming equipment
- Utilising the trim bending machine to precisely form metal sheets
- competent using a forklift to load vehicles, transport materials and stack timber
- Assist with loading, unloading, and making sure that deliveries are made accurately.
- Provide assistance with installations as needed to support roofing projects.
Qualifications:
- A high school degree or its equivalent is necessary.
- Experience in a related position is advantageous.
- Previous familiarity with comparable materials or equipment is seen to be advantageous.
Details of the Package
Pay: Depending on credentials, we provide a compensation range of $22.00 to $29.00 per hour.
Bonus: At the company’s exclusive discretion, a year-end bonus may be awarded based solely on business performance.
Benefits: Employees will receive $1500 in annual benefits to cover medical costs. Additionally, employees will receive $500 annually for boots and clothing.
Job Type: This is a long-term role. We promise to work at least 32 hours a week.
Language: Oral English proficiency at least intermediate is needed.
