Medical Laboratory Technician ,Specific responsibilities
Prepare, label, sterilize and distribute media according to SGS SOP and manufacturers’ label directions.
Keep the list of supplies, expire the expired supplies and chemicals, notify the supervisor when additional supplies should be ordered
Clean glassware
Monitor the water system
Monitor the gas distribution system and inform the supervisor when extra gas should be ordered
Clean the laboratory according to the instructions
Complete other support tasks to support laboratory operations according to guided instructions
