Accountabilities
Assignments
- Cook, reheat, and serve basic foods.
- When cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming food, use both manual and electrical equipment.
- The kitchen surfaces, cabinets, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment should all be cleaned and sanitized.
- Organize and handle cleaning supplies
- Supplies are delivered, unpacked, and kept in cabinets, freezers, refrigerators, and other storage spaces.
- Take out the trash and waste from the kitchen.
- Mop, sweep, clean, and shine floors.
- Clean, peel, and chop fruit and vegetables.
