Duty Junior Accountant Jobs will Be:
By confirming the accuracy and completeness of all relevant information, preparing for scheduling and preparation, obtaining appropriate authorization, etc. Search for all the appropriate discounts on invoices of supplier and paying invoices of suppliers.
Prepare financial reports by billing customers, getting all relevant information from time to time invoicing and sending, collecting account reports, analyzing and summarizing them
Distribute expenditure, loads, receipts and receipts as per schedule
Audit contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepare reports to prove personal transactions before the settlement
To ensure accuracy, conduct monthly reconciliation of several bank accounts and periodic reconciliation of all accounts.
Help gather the proper data and help prepare federal, state and local reports and tax returns
To help calculate financial statements and issue financial analysis
Collecting information for external auditors for annual audit
Record cash receipts and deposit the bank
Maintaining systematic filing system
Tagging and monitoring fixed assets
Reporting important issues for calculation and management of differences from budget
Complying with local, state and federal government reporting requirements
Synchronizing, modifying and documenting the implementation of accounting systems and accounting processes
Review, investigate and improve errors and discrepancies in financial entries, documents and reports
Providing clerical and administrative support for management as requested.
