Job Details :
- Hand tools and farm machines are utilized to plant mushroom spawn or spores in plants.
- Uses hand tools or farm machinery for the purpose of cultivating, fertilizing, spraying, and harvesting mushrooms.
- Performs necessary tasks to prevent the growth of weeds, control insects, combat diseases, and manage unwanted fungal growth.
- Irrigates land for crop growth.
- The task involves choosing mushrooms based on their size and maturity while removing any that are decaying or overly ripe.
- Produce is graded, sorted, grouped, and placed into containers.
- Loads the filled containers onto trucks.
