We have a great opportunity for working pastry chef to work in “Hot” F & B Group in Hong Kong Hong Kong.
Executive Pastry Chef Career: The Pirata Group is growing fast and we want you to be a part of it! The team was brought to Pirata, Optimist, Pika, Tokolima and Meets. We are now looking for an experienced, creative pastry chef with passion for developing our product in current and future products within our group.
About the Executive Pastry Chef role
Duties and responsibilities for Executive Pastry Chef:
Report development chef
Directly responsible for the development of pastries and desserts in many places in a fast-growing restaurant group, including the development of new concepts
Ensure that all food and products are prepared continuously and according to group recipes “serving food, cooking and standards
Training of staff in cooking, preparation, plate presentation, part and cost control and sanitation and cleaning methods
Able to communicate with restaurant managers, kitchen personnel and guests
Qualifications / Experience
Successful executive pastry chef candidate should be:
Minimum of 10 years of experience with a solid pastry background. Experience in the development of the menu Experience in managing a team.
At least 5 years of experience in Senior post
Experience with ice cream and galeto is a big plus’
According to experience 3,200 pounds £ 3,800 per month
