Training Director for the Caribbean Restaurant Group!
Title: Director of Training
Location: Montego Bay, Jamaica
Salary : $ 80k + Package Package
Are you an experienced director of training and are looking forward to your next big challenge? Do you enjoy sunshine and enjoy working? If yes, then we have got a job for you !!! Our client is looking for training director for its large portfolio of restaurants and venues in the Caribbean.
Successful applicants will experience a proven track record of being able to get branded restaurant groups, international experience and things!
Important Responsibilities:
- To find opportunities for training to improve teams, work with human resources, operations and senior management, to help individuals loot the goal.
- Create, recommend and apply training programs and modules
- Work with management to understand individual goals and needs and ways to help them achieve
- Development of an Effective Learning and Development Program
- Report senior management on ROI for training
- Provide continuous support to individuals and management
Training processes and plans are already available but you will be given ownership of autonomy to suit your style. We are looking for someone who can implement and execute from the team and can actually get into ‘buy’.
