Job Description
- Calculates and organizes data for process flow sheet including device and control idea
- Creates specifications and operating instructions for processing equipment
- Process flow diagrams to define heat and physical balance
- Process specifies the specification, e.g. Pure water systems, bioreactors, complex process equipment skids, pressure vessels, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers and result heaters
- Participates in scheduling for planning, cost development and management, and assigned projects
- To make sure that the construction, installation and operation tests are functional specifications, accredited codes and standards, and conform to the needs of the customer, gives instructions to the activities
- Maintains effective communication with project team members and customers
- As a technical expert, prepare the responsibility of leadership for the technical direction of a group of engineers or functions and develop advanced engineering concepts, techniques and standards.
- There is a broad understanding of principles, principles, concepts and industry practices and standards and their application.
- Provide some technical guidance for less experienced designs and engineering personnel
- Designs that are responsible for the performance of all facets of engineering and design are developed which require innovation and simplicity
- Advanced engineering techniques and analysis are applied within discipline
Job requirements
- 3-5 years related experience is necessary
- Expert Assistant in Chemical Plant
- BS or MS is essential in an engineering discipline
- EIT certificate is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- PE registration is priority
