IBM UrbanCode is a Devops software product line within IBM that is experiencing unbelievable customer demand and we need to develop our Raleigh-Durham-based software engineering team.
We are looking for candidates with computer science / engineering major companies for 6 months of co-commitment (January-July and July-December). The candidate should be able to write code and learn new languages and technologies. Preferred skills include: The candidate should be inspired by himself, demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, and constantly desire to know and expand his knowledge. Our co-ops do not get executive coffee or work all day long meaningless spreadsheets – they make real software products.
The candidate will work on our market-leading DevOps product line, the candidate will also help in integrating new features, bug fixes, integration with other software development lifecycle tools, and new products. Candidate design, testing, research, review code candidates will also work with highly motivated and passionate developers team, who not only prefer to write code, but also care for the commercial success of our products.
