Since its opening in 2010, British Pride Bakery, an OMAFRA certified and Diamond award winning business, has continued to develop. The bakery is always changing to meet consumer demand and the state of the economy. To expand our staff, we are looking for an experienced baker.
Principal Tasks and Accountabilities:
- To make various baked items, adhere to specified recipes.
- Dough is mixed, kneaded, and shaped to produce a variety of baked goods, including bread and rolls.
- Bake goods in ovens at the proper temperatures and timings. Verify completed goods to make sure they adhere to quality requirements.
- Organise and maintain a tidy desk.
Qualifications: (degrees and experience required)
- It is necessary to have at least six months of experience as a baker.
- shown pastry-making abilities; ready to work starting at 5 a.m.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere is required. Lifting 20 kg (44 lb) sacks of wheat, sugar, etc. is required.
Details of the Package
Salary: Depending on experience and skills, we offer an hourly rate ranging from $16.55 to $22.
Bonus: At the employer’s option, a performance bonus of up to 15% of the yearly pay may be awarded.
